(More customer reviews)I ordered this gardenia and received it well packaged and ready to plant. It survived our extreme cold spell well, better than some of our foundational shrubs and I am impressed with its hardiness. The leaves are dark green and slightly larger than others. It is not an everbloomer but has already demonstrated its benefit as an evergreen shrub. It appears as large as some three gallon plants I have bought. I am looking forward to its blooming season. As I understand it has the most desirable gardenia bloom.
