(More customer reviews)this product only works if you bring the glass bowl closer to the lamp/stand by bending the black curly metals posts! Which I had to do in order for this to work it is sooooo far away that oil and water never gets warm enough to diffuse anything. Once you bend it with out breaking (very possible) it works fine, a OK.
