(More customer reviews)Well, I'd written a glowing, very detailed review of this item 2 days after I received it as a birthday gift. It's beautiful, works well diffusing oils into the air gently, and *didn't survive* 4 days of intermittent use.
The first time the water came below the sensor, it turned off, as it was supposed to. According to the (badly written) instructions, I should have been able to just add water to bring the level over the sensor and it would work again. Nope. I unplugged it, filled it, and the sensor light was still on. I let it rest for about an hour. It turned on and made mist/diffused for about 3 minutes and shut off again - the red light indicating a too-low water level. Unfortunately, the sensor happened to be under about an inch of water at the time. After many attempts to remedy this situation, I'm going to have to ask the purchaser for the receipt so I can send it back. It's too bad because I was completely in love with this item.
I might try just to get a replacement, but I might return it for a completely different ultrasonic diffuser.

(More customer reviews)Unfortunately, the quality of Greenair All Natural reed diffusers is not on par with Amazon's excellent service. The reed diffuser was already leaking in its own box by the time I received the package and I could tell immediately that it was a very poor quality diffuser fragrance oil.
I ordered it because I thought the fragrance oil was imported from London but on closer look at the back of the box, it said that the diffuser set was manufactured in China. Poor quality scent/packaging and deceptive ad about the product.

Conair Pro Diffuser Review

(More customer reviews)I'd been looking for a replacement hair dryer diffuser for over a year but all diffusers at local beauty supply stores had large diffuser openings which blew the hair too much. This Conair diffuser was perfect when used on low or high heat. A previous reviewer said the rubber strap inside the diffuser which holds it closed over the dryer broke on her first using even though she used it on "warm". I almost did not purchase the Diffuser because I was afraid of a similar problem. I've used mine on warm and hot many times since purchasing it and it is just great. I suspect the previous reviewer got a Diffuser with a defective rubber strap.

(More customer reviews)I recently bought this three-pack of reed diffusers to use in our three bathrooms. The first day after I set them up, we could not smell them at all, so I just flipped the reed sticks around, and they then let out a nice smell.
These emit a nice, subtle scent, and, as such, are good for smaller rooms and spaces. If you are looking to scent a larger room, these might not be strong enough. We have a Febreze brand diffuser, for instance, that scents our entire upstairs, and that one can be almost overpowering.
Another nice feature is that these diffusers are more green-friendly than the commercial brands.
If you find that the scent is too light, then I'd recommend flipping the reed sticks every few days to let out more scent. That seems to do the trick.
UPDATE ON 7/30/09: We've been disappointed with these diffusers, and won't be re-purchasing them. I originally gave these three stars, but have downgraded my rating to one star. The scent just doesn't last unless you flip the reeds every day (and even then the smell is barely noticeable, even in small rooms like our powder bathrooms), and the lavender one doesn't smell at all. I'll be looking for a different eco-friendly brand.

Instead I received a red base with cut out shapes. This is a "collectible" I did not choose. And not would of purchased. Period. I was expecting the oil burner thats in the picture. My 3 others I purchased with this particular order were correct. I'm not going to send it back. The item arrived in a very large box along with the rest of my order. Bummer.

Everything I've ordered from them has always smelled very clean, fresh and exactly like what you would expect it to smell like. This ginger essential oil was no exception and arrived quickly after ordering. It smells exactly like a fresh root of ginger and the quality is higher than other suppliers I've tried.
My only complaint would be that I'm not crazy about the dropper used within their bottles. The oil comes out too fast if you're not careful, so it can be a tedious process measuring individual drops for a recipe or blend.

The only issue I have is that the product is listed as "100% Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil" and it's not. The products that really are Pure therapeutic grade can be orally ingested--these clearly say "For External Use Only" on the bottle and even the bottle itself does not say that it is therapeutic grade.
All that aside, these oils really are wonderful, smell amazing, and still have most of the same benefits. If you are going to purchase oils, I definitely recommend Eden's Garden.
