(More customer reviews)I like the smell of this candle. It is more clove scented than orange. When you light it, it just smells like fall. The scent is just strong enough but not too overwhelming like Glade can be. I have to admit that $12 for a 4 oz. jar is kind of pricey. Illumination has better prices, I think.

(More customer reviews)I've tried many candles. Plantlife candles exude very clean and fresh smell. Also it stays true to its description. Lavender smells like lavender, instead of some kind of mixture with a hint of lavender.
Ylang Ylang smells very much like lavender, but not as strong. It is very calming and relaxing, very good for the evening.

I definate must. Nothing can replace the lights of a candle but I trick is to have this on and then have all kinds of non scented candles lit that way people think its the candles!!

Thymes Frasier Fir Two Candle Set Review

I received a larger version of the Frasier Fir candle for a present a few years ago and now can't get through the winter, especially the Christmas holiday, without them. These smaller sized versions are great because you can put a few of them around the house. The scent of this candle is stronger than most scented candles I've found which I personally like.

(More customer reviews)I have never been passionate about a candle before. But for over 10 years I have been chasing Trapp candles down and buying as many as I can when I find them. How delighted I was to see that Amazon has been making them readily available. The richness and purity of the scents is par none. The finest rich parfum goes into every Trapp votive, and once you revel in their scent, you will know the quality of their workmanship. They use lead-free wicks and a blend of fully refined paraffin and soy wax for an optimal burn time of 20 hours for votives and up to 50 hours for their large poured candles.
The scent is also long-lasting. I have kept unburned candle (No. 4 Orange-Vanilla) next to my bedside for over a year and it still sends me off to blissful dreams with its warm summery scent (think creamsicles and sunshine). Every room has it's own scent. I love the Sweet Honeysuckle (No. 33) in the kitchen... a crisp, clean, sweet scent, without being overly floral or the luscious No. 12 Guava Mango. And for gathering areas, I recommend the No. 14 Mediterranean Fig: warm, plush, and intriguing.
But don't stop there. Trapp offers about 30 different scents that you'll soon want to make your own.

Sugar Cookie Candle - 7oz. Review

(More customer reviews)I've been buying For Every Body soy candles for the past 3 years, and they have become my favorite brand. The candles, ounce for ounce, last every bit as long as Yankee Candles, and the scents are a bit more pleasant. Although they seem to be slightly less scented than Yankee Candle (20-30% less), they provide the perfect level of scent for my home without being overwhelming.
This particular candle is really cute. The sprinkles will disappear upon cooling, but once you light it again the wax clears up you can see them once again. It' just one fun aspect of this candle. Not only that, the sugar cookie scent is fabulous.
The soy wax burns very clean, and last a long time. The wick is also outstanding and burns right down to bottom. If I can think of any complaint with this candle, it would be that it is so slow burning, that you will need to have it lit for at least 3-4 hours if you want even burning so it will burn out to the sides and last the longest. It would be nice if For Every Body made tall jar candles with a smaller circumference so they can be burned for only an hour or two at a time.
Unfortunately these jars are sized differently than Yankee Candles, so you won't be able to use the Yankee Candle accessories, such as candle toppers and jar shades.

My feet swayed backward, levitated off the floor as wings of white suddenly sprouted from my shoulder blades a lifting me towards the sunlight and then found myself basking o' top of the evergreen outside.

Votivo 7.3 oz Reed Diffuser Review

(More customer reviews)I first smelled this diffuser at the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island. I smelled it everywhere, and finally asked the concierge what it was, and it was Votivo Clean Crisp White. It smells just like the name, but it isn't really a linen smell. It's just a beautiful, clean smell. If it's good enough for the Ritz-Carlton, it's good enough for me!
