(More customer reviews)After looking at many on-line sites for a replacement carafe and not finding one at a reasonable price I found Amazon! A wonderful price and equally as good service. It arrived quickly and was exactly what it was advertised to be. Even better then that, it arrived the same day as my cracked one gave up completely and leaked coffee all over the counter! I recommend looking at Amazon first for whatever you need.
