150 Lavazza Gran Crema Espresso Pods Review

150 Lavazza Gran Crema Espresso Pods
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
We've had a Francis! Francis! X3 Espresso machine for well over a year now, and have gone through about a thousand ESE pods. We've tried hundreds of Illy, Espressione Arabica, and Espressione Classic pods, but these Lavazza pods are the best so far. The taste is consistently smooth, without the varying levels of bitterness we tasted in the other pods. We ordered 150 Lavazza pods about a month ago and I'm about to put in our next order. This is definitely the fastest we've ever gone through an order of 150 pods.

Lavazza InBlu Ground Espresso, 8.8-Ounce Can Review

Lavazza InBlu Ground Espresso, 8.8-Ounce Can
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I lived in Italy and grew very accustomed to great coffee. LavBlu is as good as any I've had. It costs a bit more in stores, so if you order more than three cans or so, it's probably saving you money. If you order six or so as I do, even with the shipping, it's a bargain. Buy the Rosa if you're making on the stove as this is too fine for a stove. With a machine, it's just outstanding. New Lines Sales is easy to deal with, quick and responsive

ILLY Espresso Coffee Medium.Roast Fine Grind 8oz Review

ILLY Espresso Coffee Medium.Roast Fine Grind 8oz
Average Reviews:

This is my default brand of coffee. It's just right, not too strong and no burnt taste. Starbucks was good 10+ years ago, but now I only go if I'm desperate for caffeine. Peets is a bit too strong for my taste. Illy is perfect, esp. their medium roast, fine grind. Hmmm.

Lavazza Gran Crema Espresso, 2.2-pounds Box (Pack of 150) Review

Lavazza Gran Crema Espresso, 2.2-pounds Box (Pack of 150)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought these to use with a Handpresso portable espresso maker. The first few shots that I made came out a bit too quickly (as others have mentioned) and had a slightly wattery taste with very little crema.
THIS ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVED!
After the first few shots, I decided to add some additional tamping pressure to the pod by pressing down on it with a solid object (I found that a mason jar or coffee mug both worked great) with the hopes that this would increase brewing time and provide a more satisfying shot.
It worked, and now my shots come out perfect, with good flavor and tons of crema. I have to give these pods four stars for the poor tamping, but fortunately this is something that can be resolved quite easily.

Lavazza Italian "Top Class" Espresso Whole Beans (2.2 lb bag) Review

Lavazza Italian Top Class Espresso Whole Beans (2.2 lb bag)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
We had two pounds of this packaged with our new Gaggia Super Automatic. I'm quite impressed. Nice rich espresso flavor. Not quite as assertive as Lavazza Italian "Super Crema" Espresso Whole Beans (2.2 lb bag): FREE SHIPPING which I think has more of a traditional European bistro flavor. Top Class captures the espresso flavor, but has slighly less "bite".
Thick crema. Looks great in clear espresso cups, like Bodum Pavina 2-Ounce Double-Wall Thermo Glasses (Espresso/Shot), Set of 2.
Everything you would expect from an espresso. Not oily, so does not clog your machine. Perfect for daily use in your Super Automatic machine, but will be good however you decide to prepare it. Enjoy!

Lavazza Point Ep850 Aroma Point Espresso Machine Review

Lavazza Point Ep850 Aroma Point Espresso Machine

Just received this machine on 12-31-10. I know it has only been 2 days of using it but i love it. It pulls a good shot of espresso. It may not be great, but it is good. I had a Gaggia classic many years ago. That pulled a great shot if you did everything right. I'm getting lazy in my old age and want an easier way to make my espresso. i have always loved Lavazza ground espresso coffee. I even use it in my Bunn coffee maker. I almost went with the Nespresso D90,but i am happy i went with this instead, partly because i know that i will get great coffee from Lavazza. Oh yeah it also looks great on my countertop!

Lavazza Crema & Aroma Espresso Point Machine Cartridges, 100/pack Review

Lavazza Crema and Aroma Espresso Point Machine Cartridges, 100/pack
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
With the pods & the Lavazza machine you get a shot of espresso with the push of the button. The pods make it super easy (though they're probably not eco friendly). I have a double espresso every morning and have found the crema to consistently produce the most flavorful and creamy espresso shots. While the crema is strong espresso, it does not produce the jolt that some coffee house espressos do. On the other hand, it is smoother, less harsh and very "drinkable". The coffee houses have not been getting my money in the morning for quite a while now.
